Revised Schedule

After getting some feedback from artists in the community, we have decided to make a few changes to the schedule, most notably extending the time for artists to sign up and submit their art drafts. Please take a look at the revised schedule below:

Schedule:

Friday, February 11th: Artist sign-ups close

Sunday, February 13th: Artists' works are due
Sunday, February 20th: Art claims
Sunday, February 27th: The Big Reveal of Artist/Author Matchups (may go up sooner if claims close quickly)

Sunday, March 20th: Artist Check in
Sunday, March 27th: Author Check in
Sunday, April 3rd: Posting Schedule goes up

Sunday, April 10th: Posting begins

Submission Guidelines for Artists

Here are the guidelines for submitting your art drafts for claims in i_reversebang.

• Art pieces may be finished or works in progress.
  
• They are due by February 13th, but you may send them in beforehand if you are ready.
  
• Submissions should be sent to ireversebang@gmail.com with the subject: Art Submission. Attach the file(s) to the email.
  
• You can submit up to two art pieces. These pieces should not be linked, as each piece could be chosen by different authors.
  
• If you are doing a comic style piece with panels, it must be one image file which will then count as one piece.
  
• There is no maximum size for art, though each art prompt must be at least 400 by 600 pixels. If it is a vid it must be at least 1 minute in length.
  
• There is no need to submit a thumbnail version.
  
• Images can be sent in the following formats: GIF, JPG, PNG, and TIFF.
  
• Vids can be sent in the following formats: 3GP, ASF, AVI, MOV, MPEG, MPG, RM, RV, and WMV. Alternatively, you may upload it to Youtube and send us the link.
  
• We will be requiring the following naming convention: artistname_piece#. For example bauble_piece1.jpg. This will allow us to keep things organized and to ensure no duplicate file names.

For each image you need to fill out the following information:

Please copy and paste the above text into your email to make sure you don't forget anything.
