Reminder to Artists:
Artist sign-ups close on Friday, February 11th.

Art drafts are due by midnight PST, the night of Sunday, February 13th. Guidelines for submitting art can be found in this post. If we don't have a draft of your art by the deadline, you will not be included in the Claims Post.

We will send a reply confirmation email to all art submission emails. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your email, either resend or comment to this entry explaining the problem.


Reminder to Authors:
The claims post will be going up on Saturday, February 19th. The comments will be locked for 24 hours before claiming actually starts so that authors may preview the work.

The post will be locked to community members only - you must join the community in order to see the art, and in order to claim.


Art and Fic Betas:
If you would like to participate in some other way besides writing or creating art, we also have a sign-up post for Art and Fic Betas. Please take a look and consider signing up to help out your fellow artists and authors.

Is it possible to have when the claims post opens during a time where it is the weekend everywhere in the world (and not like, overnight on a Sunday AEDST)? Being that I am assuming by Saturday 19th Feb, I am assuming this is in the US which is a considerable time zone away from us Australians?

I KNOW, I KNOW, I AM PROBABLY WORRYING ABOUT THIS FOR NO REASON, BUT I AM A WARRIOR WORRIER. D:

Hmm, we will definitely try to have it open during a time that is convenient for most members and when the mods can reply to claims--we'll be putting it to a vote in a poll.

Also, we'll be allowing claiming by proxy if the time isn't good for certain members. During the 24 hour preview period, authors who can't comment themselves can make their top 5 art choices and pass it on to their proxy (who will then comment on their behalf in the claims post).
