The Artist/Author Reveals
Now that Claims have closed, we hope everyone has made some sort of preliminary contact with their Author/Artist. If, by the end of next week, the person you are working with still has not replied at all, please send an email to ireversebang @ gmail and we will discuss what to do. If you have not taken a look at the Guidelines, please do so now. There is also a Sign up post for Pinch Hitters here.
We've sent out emails from the mod account to notify participants, but it's come to our attention that there were a few errors in the spreadsheet in terms of artists' email addresses. We apologize for the confusion and ask that participants disregard any emails that do not correspond correctly with their art piece # & the Claims Posts. If you were sent an email in error and would like to reply with a note indicating what your lj username is, we can update your email address to the correct one in our spreadsheet.
For your convenience, here is a repost of the schedule and upcoming deadlines:
Both check in periods will run for a week leading up to the listed deadline. That is, the check in period for Artists will be from Sunday, March 13 - Sunday, March 20 to ensure that there is adequate time for all Artists to check in. Likewise, the Author Check in period will run from Sunday, March 20 - Sunday, March 27th. Please do not be late.
